You can very often recover deleted pictures from a camera memory card or USB Memory stick. However, to increase the chances of being able to recover formatted pictures after they have been deleted you must not save any new photos, files or data to it. When you delete pictures (or any files) from a memory card or USB memory device the data itself isn't deleted, just the file system pointers that says where the data for those files is located. The area where the deleted picture data was stored is also now marked as free space so it is available to the system for any new files to be written there instead.

Lastly, if the program does not recognize your SD Card as a drive when you are plugging the camera directly into the computer, you may need to directly plug your card into a card reader. Make sure that the card reader has the capabilities to handle your memory card though. Many older card readers can only handle cards up to 2GB, so if your card is bigger than that, you need a newer card reader.
Steps to recover formttted wedding photos from digital camera
Download H-Data Photo Recovery
Step 1: Connet digital camera card to Computer
Connect card to your computer via the card reader or via the USB drive.
Step2: Run H-Data photo recovery program on windows OS (Windows 8.1/8/7/Vista/XP...)
Step 3: Scan deleted files or lost photos on memory card
Select the "USB disk/Card recovery" then press "Next" to start scanning for recoverable photos, videos, and music files.
Step4: Preview and recover files stored on memory card
After the program finish scanning all files, you can preview the files you wanted. Then mark the files you need. Click the “Recover” button to recover deleted data on htc one.
